This charming detached cottage is ideally placed for exploring
both the lovely rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds, the numerous nearby
stately homes and the seaside resorts of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough

With upside down accommodation, there is an open plan living area on the first floor,
which incorporates a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a comfortable sitting area.

The beautiful beams have been retained in this room, along with the original winching and
lifting gear from the granary, a wonderful feature, whilst the windows overlook the beautiful scenery.

Downstairs are the two cosy bedrooms, both with beamed ceilings and the family bathroom.

Outside there is a lovely private courtyard where you can sit and relax with a refreshing drink whilst
planning activities for the rest of your holiday.

We had an enjoyable stay in this lovely cottage,
situated in an ideal place to visit various nature reserves in the area

Beautiful, extensive views of the open countryside from the main window.

We even saw a Barn Owl hunting in the field opposite!

The cottage itself was immaculately clean and comfortable
and furnished with everything you would require.

It's a little cottage but it has an enormous view and I loved it !

Such a peaceful location with wonderful views overlooking The Wolds.

Yorkshire as always is a winner

Visiting childhood haunts and finding glorious new places to remember and love.

The cottage is great, well equipped, warm and comfortable.

The views from the window are stunning and the walk
to the tower in the distance is worth every step of the way.

Thank you for the lovely touches, flowers, dog biscuits, welcome note
(we did go to Beverley food fair) and all the little extras that make the cottage so special.
